Winter Shelter (PADS)
P.A.D.S. (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) maintains a winter sleep program for the homeless that runs seven nights a week, from November 1st to March 31st. This program provides a warm, safe, sleep environment.
Client’s participation in the P.A.D.S. program is by invitation only. Applicants can register at the Samaritan Center or at the respected sleep site. Check-in and registration at the sleep sites are from 7:45 to 9:00 pm. Lights are turned out at 9:30 pm. Guest must be a SIMI VALLEY RESIDENT and provide proof of a negative TB test within the last 6 months.
